We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Rhonda Shear intimates, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must have all original tags and liners intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
